What has the world come to? Two blog posts in one day But as I just was using this plugin today I thought I’ll post about it! Here what it does, who of you might profit from it and yes, it is free and available via the official WordPress Plugin depository here: CSV Importer Plugin I actually featured this plugin already in my >Best WordPress Plugins 2011 and 2012< post, but decided it deserves its own blog post because it really saves time – and time is money, also in the internet marketing world Here what it does and some shortcuts for using it more efficiently:
Using the right WordPress plugins can save you time – which is money
CSV importer imports your keywords, and other data you put in said spreadsheet as draft posts into . . . → Read More: Free WP Plugin That Saves Time by Importing Keywords as Draft Posts
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on March 19th, 2012 If you haven’t read yesterday’s post >Leaving Keyword Strategy – How to Back Up Your Data< I suggest you do so first as some things are so similar that I haven’t explained them here
First the list of things you will need:
Some sort of text and spreadsheet editor, if you don’t have Microft Office, here two free alternatives that work just as well:
OpenOffice (for PC) NeoOffice (for Mac)
Plus you will need a plugin to take on your internal linking, my recommendation so far is:
Seo Smart Links (free)
Ok, now you are all set and ready to roll!
Go to your keywords tab in the dashboard and select it to show only keywords and urls. Put in ‘not null’ in the url-filter, this will give you only those keywords . . . → Read More: Leaving Keyword Strategy – Replacing Your Internal Linking

Woothemes, you are kidding! Right?
Honestly a plush toy as a Woothemes deal??? ROFl, I hardly could believe it when I read the email that landed today in my inbox The little guy in the photo at the right is available for the bargain price of ‘only’ $20, hurry now, the price will increase soon to a whooping $30. Or better said, don’t hurry at all, because I don’t think that will be money well spend that helps to improve your internet business. Whilst I understand why they are doing it, the keyword here is ‘branding’, I really doubt that Woothemes merchandise, stay tuned for WooTees coming soon (I guess that will be t-shirts?), will be a big hit. I mean, would you run around with a Woothemes T-shirt or have a Woothemes Plush Ninja setting on your office desk? There is a counter on their website counting down . . . → Read More: Woothemes You Must be Kidding!
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on October 19th, 2010 Remember December last year, when a bunch of people complained about having received medical and replica spam from a-list internet gurus and bloggers? Turned out that Aweber, the email list provider most gurus and a-list bloggers use, had been compromised (see this post on Awebers own blog from December last year) So, for once, the gurus were innocent, they didn’t send out the scam, they got their email list data stolen through a security hole in the Aweber website. BTW, only Darren Rowse wrote then about it, here is the blog post on Problogger. As far as I know none of the other a-listers mentioned it and everybody continued to promote Aweber as the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to email marketing. In the end, Aweber had promised:
“We’re very sorry this occurred and may have affected you. We have taken . . . → Read More: Aweber has been hacked again!

By SY (aka Hospitalera), on April 25th, 2010 Choosing a Niche Market to Make Money Online
If you are interested in affiliate marketing or starting an online business, choosing the right niche market is the place to begin. Anyone and everyone can sign up to promote affiliate products on Clickbank, but the secret is to find a real gem of a niche market that people are looking for so that you can make money right away.
First of all, look for products that are really in demand. Many of the well selling products can be found in technology, beauty, fitness, and other popular industries, which contain products people are looking for. Once you’ve chosen an in demand market, you can start promoting it with full force to make affiliate sales.
From there, don’t be afraid of the sub-niche market. Often times, this can be something much better that you stumble into after looking for your desired . . . → Read More: Choosing a Niche Market to Make Money Online

By SY (aka Hospitalera), on November 4th, 2009 My aplogies for the sudden change in url, here the WBSD post that originally got published elsewhere but taken down for personal reasons:
… a journey down memory lane.
When my husband and I moved to Prague (Czech Republic) in fall / autumn of 2008 a journey down memory lane began for me. Being born in Germany, but having lived for 10+ years abroad, it was a bit like coming home for me. Coming home to a cultural environment that seemed utterly familiar to me, with one exception – the language! Prague and the Czech Republic is in many sense very much like the semi-rural Germany I grew up in some 20 30 40 years ago. Especially “feel-able” is this to me during holidays like Christmas. Christmas in Prague is a bit like the Christmas at home when I was a child, apart of . . . → Read More: Christmas in Prague
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on August 29th, 2009 The video below is very realistic and graphic!
Do you use the mobile / cell phone whilst driving? Ever? I hope after you have watched this video, you will think twice before doing it. I also hope that a lot of people re-post this video on their blogs or on forums, it might help to save some lives! If you scroll down, below the video, you can read my own experience with a texting and driving accident. Take care, and please don’t text and drive!
I got this video this morning send via a friend on Stumbleupon. After watching it I decided to post it here, and in a few other places, in the hope it wakes some people up and makes them stop using their phones whilst driving. Something that nearly cost me my own life some years ago.
I was walking on the sidewalk / pavement as a . . . → Read More: Do you text and drive?
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on August 11th, 2009 I thought today I give you a look into my hyperactive brain
Whilst I am typing this blog post I am watching a movie on my laptop, run a Market Samurai research and have several browser tabs open. One to moderate incoming comments on my blog, others to research some more topics I want to write about in the near future. And from time to time I am giving computer help to my hubby that shares the same office with me. That is completely normal for me and without this setup I couldn’t work at all!
When I was a child, my mother always told me off for not concentrating properly on my homework and doing other things alongside it. She never understood that my homework and learning actually became worse when the music was turned off and I was not allowed to write an essay and read a completely . . . → Read More: Hyperactive Disorder and Blogging
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on August 8th, 2009 Do you have one? Do I need one?
A blog diary is basically nothing else than a blog schedule. You decide in advance at which day you plan to blog about what. So for example, you reserve every Monday to write a blog post about “xyz”, do each first day of the month a feature about a famous person in your niche or even plan out whole series of blog posts over several days or weeks. You can leave days “empty” to allow at least for some spontaneity, or you can plan your blogger life for every day in advance for a whole year. And it can certainly help with writers block if you know what you “have to” blog about. A blog diary helps you to stay focused on your niche and not to stray away from it It gives a rhythm to your blog and writing whilst avoiding . . . → Read More: Blog Diary
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on August 1st, 2009 Click bombing is a very dirty method people on the internet use to destroy other peoples web sites income from adsense. It consists basically in clicking repeatedly on the ads on the opponents web site. Not just one or two times; hundred of times. Google will quickly react and close down the account that receives such clicks or at least lock it. Mission accomplished, one more opponent out of the race. Scary, isn’t it?
Yesterday, my Google Account received far more ad clicks then usual, approximately 20 times more, here on hospitalera.com. Click bombing? No idea. Perhaps it was only due to the vastly increased traffic I experienced at the same time, unique visitors were up by 150%. But bearing in mind the threats in two of the comments of my latest blog posts I got cautious and so I reported it to Google. Yes, I reported my own . . . → Read More: Click bombing and what to do against it
By SY (aka Hospitalera), on August 1st, 2009 Seems the Niche Devil crowd doesn’t take critique kindly. This morning I found two comments in my moderation queue from a delightful character that calls him or herself “HospitelareNot” This person threatens me that my adsense account might get suspended next week and I might get reported to Google for being part of a “link exchange network”, something what his or her “link analysis” of my site pretends to have proven. Only thing is that I am not part of a “link exchange network”, I know that for sure
If you want to read the two comments, just hop over for a moment to the two posts called Niche Devil a scam? and Is the Niche Devil Affiliate Program working? to have a look at them. I am keeping records of this guys or gals IP and, probably faked, email address and if something happens to my . . . → Read More: Niche Devil Now the Fun starts
