Hi Claudia, I am using this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-captcha-for-wordpress/ now. It is working fine, the only thing missing is that I can’t find an easy way to add it also to my contact form ;-( But apart from that it saves me from literally hundreds of spammers each day! SY

Hi SY, which CAPTCHA plugin are you using now and is it working fine for you? Since my blog got PR3 I started getting quite a few spam comments despite running "WP Spam Free" which was working fine so far. No, the one I used didn’t work that way, unfortunately. That is one of the reasons I switched to a more traditional one. If you know of an image captcha that does work, I would be grateful for a link, SY

I too agree that Image captcha is really working. If there is any conflict in CAPTCHA code entered it automatically disables the plugin and gives me the good result for my blog sites. .-= coffee machine review ´s last blog ..Siemens TK76009GB Coffee Machine =-.

I can’t tell you if you should test it or not, but it didn’t work out for my husbands blog nor for mine. Both blogs using different themes and different combinations of plugins. SY

Monika, oh, Monika, you are giving yourself away as a spammer. Don’t you remember that you have left comments before on this blog? Don’t know why I leave your link intact, might be because the site you are linking to is ok and I quite like you – some how.
Just take care not to overdo it, will you? Slow down and actually concentrate on what your are doing whilst back linking. Remember, less is more! SY
